By accessing and using the AMC Dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription Terms

Our Service operates on a subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $99 per advertiser slot
• Each subscription allows management of one advertiser account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

3. Amazon Marketing Cloud Integration

Users must:

• Comply with Amazon's Terms of Service and API usage guidelines
• Maintain valid Amazon advertising accounts
• Use the service only for authorized advertising accounts
• Not attempt to circumvent any API limitations or restrictions

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring accurate billing and contact information
• Promptly reporting any unauthorized access

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We commit to:

• Processing data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Using appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Not sharing your data with unauthorized third parties
• Providing transparency about data collection and use

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but:

• Do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• May modify features without notice
• Reserve the right to suspend service for violations
• Are not liable for service interruptions

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security
• Interfere with other users' access
• Reverse engineer the service
